Wallpaper removal and painting - my father painted homes professionally for over 40 years....I learned from the best.

Packing and unpacking - this process can just be so overwhelming. We'll pick up all the boxes, tape, labels and supplies you need and get you started or do it all. We'll help you organize your things in your new home as well.

Furniture Arranging - if you like how I arranged your furnishings to sell your home, I also can help in your new home.

One Day Redecorating - we will use all of your things to give your home or a room or two a whole new look.

Personal Shopper - We'll do the shopping for your furnishings, accessories or what ever you need to redecorate a room or your whole house. My shopping service includes budget buys as I know where to find the best bargains for high end house wares. I also gift buy for client's birthdays and holiday gift giving needs.

Holiday Décor - too busy to decorate. Need some ideas, have everything or have nothing. I will help you make your home shine for the holidays or any special event decorating and design.

Organizing - From a workable pantry, to an efficient laundry, to kid's closets that work. My ideas and system will free up much needed storage space and give you a new sense of energy in your home. Buyers purchase what they aspire to….your new organized shelves, cupboards and drawers will have them falling in love.

Staging Consultation:
This report contains a room by room check list of the most important tasks you need to perform in the preparation of your home sale. I meet with you in your home, take pictures, prepare a comprehensive report and conduct a walk through your property inside and out with you. The consultation will often times get you jump started. It includes a top priority check list, repair list, paint color selections and recommendations, carpet suggestions and recommendations to many other service professionals like reputable carpet and window cleaners.

Furnishings & Accessories Rental:
Rent One, two or many items to embellish or change your existing look in your home or just a room. Prices start at just$5 a month to rent beautiful art work for walls. Rental packages are offered by the month. Generally when you rent for more than one month, the consecutive month's rental is discounted when you pay in advance. My terms are flexible.

Stage Now & Pay Later:
Use your Visa/Mastercard to invest in your staging fees.
