We added charm and drama by bringing color with new comforter and pillow covers, recovered the bench to match the 3 large pillows we used to create a faux head board. Hanging sheer curtains softened the stark feel of the room.

The seller's office was in the living room of this lake home. Moving it was a must. A coat of light paint on the dark paneling made all the difference is this room. We even painted the dated burnt orange metal fire place burgundy. This home sold in 10 days.

This home was on the market for 18 months. The seller had not furnished this front room. With my furnishings and some of the sellers we transformed this cold, nothing room to a WOW room.

Builders often show their spec homes empty. This home was staged with furnishings in the living room, bathrooms, bedroom, kitchen and dining room. His homes sell in much less time when they are staged with furnishings.

We just re-arranged the sellers existing furnishings to give a feeling of comfort and enjoyment entertaining friends/family.

This home was on the market in this condition. We removed the drapes, wall paper, updated the lighting fixture and floor and applied 2 tones of soft gold to the newly textured walls. We also replaced the dated, heavy furnishings with a rented table and 4 chairs and bar stools. Presto, we got an offer in 2 days!

We transformed this bachelor pad poker room into what it originally intended to be: a family dining room. To bring in warmth we hung valances and a soft sheer curtain, removed the poker table and dressed a warm wood table with a beautiful cover and a bowl of fruit. The brass and glass fixture over the table was changed out with a beautiful wrought iron chandelier. Wow what a difference!

The way we live in our homes and the way we sell them are two different things. This kitchen was de-cluttered. Now the buyer can imagine their things in this room and “mentally move in”.

Rent a few furnishings called vignettes and turn this dull landing into a warm reading area.

This bedroom was outdated with drapes and floral wallpaper. Today's buyers do not want to buy work. We removed the drapes, wallpaper, applied a soft off white to the walls, replaced the green carpet with a beige frieze and set up a child's play area. This vignette rents for as little as $30 per month.

This office just did not feel and look inviting. Using all the same pieces of furniture and adding a chair, table and accessories, we transformed this office to one many would aspire to work in.
